Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of the VentryShield dashboard, the VentryShield SDK and API, and the Discover marketplace (https://discover.ventryshield.com). By creating an account or using the SDK, you agree to these terms.
2. License grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the VentryShield SDK and API to license, authenticate, and protect your own applications. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or reverse engineer the SDK outside of that purpose.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use VentryShield to distribute malware, to facilitate illegal activity, or to circumvent security or licensing measures that do not belong to you. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this section.
4. VentryBoosts
VentryBoosts are one-time purchases at the price shown in the dashboard at checkout. Boost purchases are non-refundable, as stated during checkout. This does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
5. Discover marketplace
Sellers listing licenses on Discover receive the exact price they set for their listing. Buyers pay that price plus a service fee covering our platform fee (5%) and the payment processor's fee (2.9% + $0.30). Payouts are made to your own Stripe Connect account on a weekly, Mondays basis. VentryShield does not hold seller funds. Sellers are responsible for setting up Stripe Connect and for the accuracy of their own listings.
6. No warranty
The dashboard, SDK, API, and Discover marketplace are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, including the acceptable use restrictions above, or if required to do so by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection under the law of the country in which you are resident.
