Terms of Service

1. License Grant

VentryShield grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our SDKs and API for the purpose of securing your software applications.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VentryShield for illegal activities, including but not limited to: unauthorized botnets, malware distribution, or circumventing other security protocols.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim for 99.99% uptime. However, VentryShield is provided "as is". Critical infrastructure maintenance is communicated 24 hours in advance.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend API access if hardware-locking limits are bypassed or if the protocol is used to facilitate fraud.
